Jason Farrington If there has ever been a "can-do" man - with the determination of a bull-dog to solve any problem.... Jason Farrington is the man. As the lead developer on all our website projects - Jason simply is the master when it comes to the web. Jason has been in the field since 1993, starting out in an organization whose primary focus was on discovering, learning and teaching the newest technologies. Taking the lessons he learned with him, he then participated in and led projects ranging from a global file management system utilizing the Google “Mini” box which interfaces with a custom built AJAX tagging front end for a Fortune 100 company, to large e-commerce applications (one of which just grossed 20 million in web sales) to a NHL Flash demo for Sun Microsystems. Jason cannot speak Portuguese, or
Italian, but he is fluent in the languages that mean
the most when you want to develop sophisticated content-rich
websites. His programming repertoire includes C#,
ASP.NET, Classic ASP, PHP, Cold Fusion, SQL, XML,
XSLT, Action Script 1.0 & 2.0. He has worked with
every type of database known to man and probably some
unknown ones too :) While developing, Jason practices true N-Tier architecture, following the philosophy that by taking the necessary steps to plan and prepare for a project the final result will be a better product, as well as saving a tremendous amount of time and headaches when it comes time to upgrade your application in the future. Jason is an excellent team member and having managed staff for the majority of his career, his role as ISOOSI's Director of Web Services is a vital one. When a technologically challenging project arises - our team is proud to have Jason's knowledge and experience at hand. When he is unplugged from the machine he enjoys going camping with his wife and four sons. |
