Sales Executives

We are currently seeking seasoned sales professionals to join our Outside Sales Group and become a part of the fastest growing agency in Southwest Florida.

We offer a no-cap commission structure. We often are in a position to bid on quite large projects, so this can certainly add up. We also offer monthly and annual performance bonuses. Car allowance and company cell phone included.

If you are a goal oriented and aggressive self-starter who can build relationships, cold call relentlessly, and conduct ‘on-the-spot’ sales presentations, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for. Individuals looking for a ‘desk job’ need not apply.

The Position

As an Account Executive in Outside Sales, you will be responsible for prospecting, building, and maintaining clients in our area. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts and prospecting for new business in diverse fields including Real Estate, Automotive, Health Care, and Technology.

From telephone-based sales and prospecting to training and continued support, we will look to you to build relationships and a solid revenue base with your clients.

This position will require that you be a driven, self-motivated individual who is also willing to receive guidance and direction as you will be responsible for your own agenda and will liaise directly with the Creative Director and Managing Director.

Key Qualifications

»
A proven track record in Sales, with past experience in outside sales, and strategic account positioning. A minimum of 2 years of overall sales experience plus a minimum of 1 year spent specifically in outside sales.

Experience in advertising or website sales is a plus, but not required.

»
Ability to prospect, cold call (both in person and on the telephone), and present detailed proposals for opening new business.

»
Ability to grow existing business and develop positive and strategic working relationships with current accounts.

»
Excellent verbal communication skills, including the confidence to train clients regarding technology and advertising opportunities.

»
Must be highly organized.

»
Have the unique combination of being independent and self-motivated, while being open to direction, guidance and proactively staying connected to the corporate office.

»
Strong written communication skills are also key as you will be expected to draft proposals for clients.

»
We prefer that you live within the Naples metro-area, but will consider individuals in the Fort Myers/Bonita area as well.

»
Must be able to work in the field Monday - Friday, 8 to 5.

A positive attitude and professional disposition

» We also expect you to spend time “after-hours” prospecting at local business after-hours and networking events.

This job may require some travel outside of our area, including potentially servicing our client base in the Caribbean.

Compensation

An extremely attractive commission based package which will provide a qualified individual with the opportunity to earn a higher then average income.
