Senior Web Developer

The Position

This position is for an individual who has it all. As a Senior Web Developer you will be a pivotal part of a creative team that is responsible for delivering a wide variety of assets to our clients, from interactive CD-ROM sales demos to fully customized content management and application driven website systems.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be leading web projects, assisting with the rapid development of new applications and functionality as well as modification and maintenance of legacy code.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and people skills (even under pressure) and be a true hands-on person with a "can-do" attitude as many aspects of your work will depend on your willingness and ability to "make things happen". Other important requirements are:

»	Must have 4+ years experience in the design and development of web-enabled database applications (MSSQL/MySQL/Access)
»	Expert level proficiency with HTML and CSS
»	Expert level proficiency in one or more of the following: PHP/ASP/ASP.net/ColdFusion
»	Expert level proficiency with all of the following applications: DreamWeaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (4+ years experience)
»	Experience with DHTML, XML and JavaScript a distinct advantage
»	Significant knowledge of Database design and SQL, along with a concentration on Microsoft products and store procedures
»	Ability to effectively work in a team environment, as well as, independently
»	Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
»	Capable of meeting tight deadlines
»	Effective troubleshooting skills
»	A positive attitude and professional disposition
»	Excellent organizational, time management, project management, and service delivery skills.
